Shipping

We deliver all across India. Orders will be Shipped and delivered within 7-8 working days. Orders are not shipped and delivered on weekends or holidays. Our courier partner will make multiple attempts to reach you to fulfil the delivery. If you are unavailable to receive the order despite multiple attempts, your order will be returned to us. In case you want it to be redelivered to you, you can either email us at connect.hollyhock@gmail.com or contact us at 9582755115 ensuring a fast and easy delivery. 

Return and Refund

In case of damaged/wrong products, the customer has a choice of either calling for a replacement or getting a refund.

  • To schedule an exchange please drop us an email within 48 hrs of receiving the package at connect.hollyhock@gmail.com along with your order, exchange details and an image of the purchased product
  • All exchanges must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact
  • In case of missing/damaged/broken items, we request you to kindly send an unboxing video to us within 48 hours, only then can we consider the case. 
  • Please Note: Ceramics are not refundable. 
  • Return is not applicable on bulk or corporate orders
  • Refunds will only be processed for damaged or defective products either for paid or COD orders. Please note the shipping charge of Rs. 75 where applicable will not be refunded. In case of online paid orders, the refund will be made back to the same bank account used to pay for the order. In case of COD orders, customers’ bank account details will be required and the refund will be credited within 7-10 working days from the date of cancellation of the order. Alternatively, refunds can also be done via PayTM.
  • Refund after deducting amount against freight as follows:

Order value in INR:

  • 0-499: Rs. 60
  • 500-999: Rs. 130
  • 1000-2000: Rs. 200
  • Above 2000: 10% of order value

In case of any queries regarding the product you wish to order, feel free to reach out to us and we would be happy to share real-time product photos and videos via WhatsApp/email/other channels. 

Note 1: In case of unsatisfactory product quality, the customer can have the product replaced/refunded. However, the customer will have to self-ship the product and all the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

DISCLAIMER

The images of the products shown on the website may be slightly different than the product delivered in terms of shade and color as the images shown on the website are graphical representation of the product.

The June Shop takes no responsibility if in the due course of usage of the product there are any damages. If the customer has any query about the product they can email us and ask us beforehand. Damage to the product after it is used is sole responsibility of the customer. To claim an exchange or refund for a clearance product, please get in touch with us as soon as you get the delivery.

 

Although we will try our level best to assure you a hassle-free return, there are certain exceptions to the case:

1. If the return request is made after a fortnight in case of returning and 48 hours in case of damaged or defective product received.

2. If anything is missing from the package including price tags, accessories and labels.

3. Product is damaged due to misuse, physical damage or any other damage caused due to human error.
